Jeffrey Aldrich Senior Transactional Attorney (Of Counsel)


Mr. Aldrich has over two decades of transactional experience, focused primarily on representing the world’s largest investment banks, including JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Bank, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and Deutsche Bank. His work with these banking institutions included many types of finance transactions, such as multi-billion-dollar issuances of publicly-traded debt securities, multi-million-dollar secured and unsecured credit facilities, and large, syndicated private equity fund lending facilities. Mr. Aldrich also has experience in mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions, which positions him well to advise clients on all corporate matters that might arise.

During his years of work in the financial sector, Mr. Aldrich dedicated himself to becoming an advisor known for his tireless and zealous advocacy, effective and collegial negotiation style, and ability to efficiently and productively shepherd complex transactions through to closing. A strong focus on excellence in legal work, attention to detail and unparalleled client care and attention has been the foundation of his success thus far.

Mr. Aldrich moved from the United States to Dunedin, New Zealand in 2022 with his wife and three children. In addition to spending his free time with his family, Jeff is an avid cyclist who competes across the Otago region in multiple cycling disciplines.
